Who are we?

Originally it was a coach company specialised in religious journeys to Lourdes or Fatima with pilgrims.

When Guy and Mia Van Dessel took over the company in 1975, they slowly expanded.

First they enlarged and modernised the coach fleet.

Then a new coach house was bought and in January of 1981 the travel agency was opened.

Mrs. Mia Van Dessel is the current owner of the business and is mainly responsable for the travel agency.

In the year 1998 Wim Van Dessel (grand-son of the founder and son of the owners) joined the company, first as an employee at the agency. Later on he took over the entire coach operation in support of his father Guy. He is now responsable for all the coaches.

The airport transfers and business transportation are usually also done by Wim personally as an extra personal service we would like to give our clients. 

Due to lack of parking area and consistent road constructions, the travel agency moved out of the centre of Lier in 1999-2000 to the Waversesteenweg where we have been operating from ever since.

We are now able to offer our clients extensive private parking, within walking distance of the city centre, but away from the downtown hastle.

We are Licensed Travel Agency 1631 and member of:  

• FBAA (professional association of coach companies)
• VLARA (professional association of travel agencies)
• GARANTIEFONDS Reizen
• AVITOUR (association of independant travel agencies)
